Cancellation policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision within the above-mentioned period by using the "Returns & Cancellations" button available at the bottom of the website pages. By accessing their customer account, customers can request a product return or, where applicable, cancel their order.

The product must be returned unused, undamaged, complete with all accessories and original packaging, and in a condition that allows it to be resold as new.

The cost of returning the product shall be covered by the customer.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected to verify that it complies with the return conditions, the refund will be processed within the time limits established by applicable law, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
