Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  • The Our Generation x Hey Bestie giveaway starts Wednesday 6th May 2026 and ends Monday 18th May 2026 at 11:59pm CEST. The giveaways are open to residents of Metropoltian France & Germany only. Any entries made after the end date will not be accepted into the prize draw.
  • Entrants to the giveaway must be aged 18 or over.
  • To be in a chance to win, entrants must follow their local Instagram pages for Our Generation (ourgeneration.fr or ourgeneration.de) and Hey Bestie (heybestie.fr or heybestie.de), like the post, tag their best friend in the comments of the giveaway post. No celebrity tags will be accepted. Only one comment per profile will be entered into the prize draw.
  • We will choose, randomly, one (1) winners only. The winner shall receive a Hey Bestie & Our Generation gift bundle including: one (1) Our Generation Miranda Doll BD31581, one (1) Our Generation Vanity Set BD35414 one (1) Hey Bestie Emma & Camilla Set HB71004 & one (1) Hey Bestie Lovely & Lush Hair Salon HB75007. 
  • The prizes are not exchangeable for other items and/or, cash. In the event these prizes are unavailable, an alternative item of equal or higher value shall be selected. The alternative shall be selected by Our Generation & Hey Bestie.
  • The prizes shall be shipped by our retailer partner Smyths Toys.
  • The winner's Instagram handle shall be tagged in the post.
  • @heybestie.fr will contact the winner only. Hey Bestie will not, at any point, ask for banking info or sensible data.
  • The winner will be contacted on approximately 19th May 2026, they will be tagged in the post as the winner and will receive a DM from @heybestie.fr The winners shall have 7 days to respond to the winners notification message and to provide the details requested by Hey Bestie. If after 7 days, we have received no response, they shall forfeit the prize and an alternative winner shall be chosen at Hey Bestie's sole discretion. 
  • An instagram account and internet connection are required to enter the giveaway. 
  • The use of multiple Instagram accounts is strictly prohitied. Any participant found to be using multiple accounts shall automatically be disqualified from the giveaway.
  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administrated or managed by Instagram or associated with it. By entering, the participants confirm the release of Instagram responsibility and agree to the terms of use of Instagram.
  • Based on the past giveaways, the Hey Bestie & Our Generation Teams invite everyone to respect all participants, regardless of their social class, religion, culture, gender, sexual orientation or skin colour. Those who disrespect the community with aggressive, violent, discriminatory or hateful messages will be automatically disqualified from the giveaway.

  • Le concours Our Generation x Hey Bestie se dérolue mercredi 6 mai 2026 au lundi 18 mai 2026 à 23h59 (CEST). Ce concours est réservé aux résidents de France Métropolitian et d'Allemagne. Toute participation reçue après cette date ne sera pas prise en compte. 

     

     

  • Pour participer, il faut être âgé de 18 ans ou plus.

  • Pour participer, il suffit de suivre les comptes Instagram @ourgeneration.fr et @heybestie.fr, aimer la publication du concours et de taguer son/sa meilleur(e) ami(e) en commentaire. Les mentions de célébrités ne sont pas acceptées. Un seul commentaire par profil sera pris en compte pour le tirage au sort.
  • Nous sélectionnerons au hasard un seul gagnant. Le gagnant recevra un coffret cadeau Hey Bestie & Our Generation comprenant : Une (1) Our Generation Poupée Miranda BD31581, Une (1) Our Generation Coiffuse Rose BD35414, un (1) Hey Bestie Coffret Poupée Emma & Camilla Set HB71004 & un (1) Hey Bestie Coffret Salon du Coiffure HB75007. 

  • Les prix ne sont ni échangeables ni remboursables. En cas d'indisponibilité d'un prix, un article de valeur égale ou supérieure sera proposé par Our Generation et Hey Bestie.

  • Les prix seront expédiés par notre partenaire distributeur Smyths Toys.

  • Le nom d'utilisateur Instagram du gagnant sera mentionné dans la publication.

  • Seul le gagnant sera contacté par @heybestie.fr. Hey Bestie ne demandera jamais d'informations bancaires ni de données sensibles.

     

  • Le gagnant sera contacté aux alentours du 19 mai 2026. Il sera identifié comme tel dans la publication et recevra un message privé de @heybestie.fr. Le gagnant disposera de 7 jours pour répondre à cette notification et fournir les informations demandées par Hey Bestie. Passé ce délai, sans réponse de sa part, le prix sera annulé et un autre gagnant sera désigné à la seule discrétion de Hey Bestie.

     

  • Un compte Instagram et une connexion internet sont nécessaires pour participer au concours.

     

  • L'utilisation de plusieurs comptes Instagram est strictement interdite. Tout participant utilisant plusieurs comptes sera automatiquement disqualifié.

     

  • Ce concours n'est ni sponsorisé, ni approuvé, ni administré, ni géré par Instagram, et n'y est en aucun cas associé. En participant, les participants dégagent Instagram de toute responsabilité et acceptent ses conditions d'utilisation.

     

  • Forts de l'expérience des concours précédents, les équipes Hey Bestie et Our Generation invitent chacun à respecter tous les participants, quelles que soient leur origine sociale, leur religion, leur culture, leur identité de genre, leur orientation sexuelle ou leur couleur de peau. Toute personne irrespectueuse envers la communauté, par exemple par des messages agressifs, violents, discriminatoires ou haineux, sera automatiquement disqualifiée.
