This giveaway is open to residents of Germany, Austria, France and Belgium only.
Entrants to the giveaway must be aged 18 or over.

The giveaway starts Monday, May 5th, 2025, and ends Sunday, May 18th, 2025. Entries made after this period will not be accepted into the prize draw.

To be in a chance to win, entrants must follow Instagram pages @ourgeneration.de or ourgeneration.fr, like the post, tag two friends in the comments of the giveaway post and comment their favourite staycation destination. No celebrity tags will be accepted.

We will choose, randomly, 1 winner only per IG account. The winner shall receive an Our Generation Lovely Loft (BD35483Z). The prize is specified item only. The prize are not exchangeable for other items, cash or gift cards. In the event these prizes are unavailable, an alternative item of equal value shall be selected.

In respect to privacy, Our Generation will only share the winner details only upon the individuals approval.

@ourgeneration.de or @ourgeneration.fr will contact the winner only. OG will not, at any point, ask for banking info or sensible data.

The winner will be contacted approximately 21st of May 2025 via DM from @ourgeneration.de or @ourgeneration.fr. The winner shall have 7 days to respond to the winner notification message and to provide the details requested by Our Generation. If after 7 days, we have received no response, they shall forfeit the prize and an alternative winner shall be chosen at Our Generation's sole discretion.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administrated or managed by Instagram or associated with it. By entering, the participants confirm the release of Instagram responsibility and agree to the terms of use of Instagram.

Based on the past giveaways, Our Generation Team invites everyone to respect all participants, regardless of their social class, religion, culture, gender, sexual orientation or skin colour. Those who disrespect the community with aggressive, violent, discriminatory or hateful messages will be automatically disqualified from the giveaway.

Folge der Instagram-Seite @ourgeneration.de, like den Gewinnspiel-Post, markiere zwei Freund*innen in den Kommentaren und nenne deinen Lieblingsort für eine Staycation.
Hinweis: Markierungen von Prominenten werden nicht akzeptiert.

Es wird ein (1) Gewinner*in per Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt.
Der/die Gewinner*in erhält ein Our Generation Lovely Loft (BD35483Z).
Der Gewinn bezieht sich ausschließlich auf das angegebene Produkt und ist nicht gegen andere Artikel, Bargeld oder Gutscheine eintauschbar. Sollte der angegebene Gewinn nicht verfügbar sein, behält sich Our Generation vor, einen gleichwertigen Ersatz bereitzustellen.

Zum Schutz der Privatsphäre werden die Kontaktdaten des/der Gewinner*in nur mit dessen ausdrücklicher Zustimmung veröffentlicht.
Die Kontaktaufnahme erfolgt ausschließlich über @ourgeneration.de per Direktnachricht.
Wir werden zu keinem Zeitpunkt nach Bankdaten oder sensiblen persönlichen Informationen fragen!

Der/die Gewinnerin wird voraussichtlich am 21. Mai 2025 per Direktnachricht kontaktiert und hat anschließend 7 Tage Zeit, um auf die Gewinnbenachrichtigung zu antworten und die benötigten Daten zur Gewinnabwicklung bereitzustellen. Erfolgt innerhalb dieser Frist keine Rückmeldung, verfällt der Gewinn, und es wird ein/e Ersatzgewinnerin nach alleinigem Ermessen von Our Generation ausgewählt.

Dieses Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Instagram und wird weder gesponsert, unterstützt noch organisiert oder verwaltet von Instagram.
Mit der Teilnahme bestätigen die Teilnehmenden die vollständige Freistellung von Instagram und erkennen die Nutzungsbedingungen von Instagram an.

Das Our Generation Team bittet alle Teilnehmenden, respektvoll miteinander umzugehen – unabhängig von sozialer Herkunft, Religion, Kultur, Geschlecht, sexueller Orientierung oder Hautfarbe.
Beiträge, die aggressiv, gewalttätig, diskriminierend oder hasserfüllt sind, führen zur sofortigen Disqualifikation vom Gewinnspiel.

Le concours commence le lundi 5 mai 2025 et se termine le dimanche 18 mai 2025. Toute participation effectuée après cette période ne sera pas prise en compte pour le tirage au sort.

Pour tenter de gagner, les participants doivent suivre la page Instagram @ourgeneration.fr, aimer la publication, identifier deux amis en commentaire du post du concours et mentionner leur destination préférée pour un séjour local (staycation). Les identifications de célébrités ne seront pas prises en compte.

Nous sélectionnerons, de manière aléatoire, un seul gagnant. Le gagnant recevra le modèle Lovely Loft d’Our Generation (BD35483Z). Le lot est celui spécifié uniquement. Il ne pourra pas être échangé contre d’autres articles, de l’argent ou des cartes-cadeaux. En cas d’indisponibilité du lot, un article de valeur équivalente sera proposé.
Dans le respect de la vie privée, Our Generation ne partagera les informations du gagnant qu’avec son accord.

Seul le compte @ourgeneration.fr contactera le gagnant. À aucun moment OG ne demandera des informations bancaires ou données sensibles.

Le gagnant sera contacté vers le 21 mai 2025 par message privé depuis @ourgeneration.fr. Il disposera de 7 jours pour répondre au message de notification de gain et fournir les informations demandées par Our Generation. Si aucune réponse n’est reçue après 7 jours, le lot sera perdu et un autre gagnant sera désigné à la seule discrétion d’Our Generation.
